Kenneth White

For 13 years, Ken was a Branch Manager and Regional Manager for a local community bank. He always enjoyed working with customers through the mortgage process and was surprised by the lack of products available in the market, even by his own bank. The overlays and lack of products was keeping well deserving people out of home ownership, and he decided to make a change. The Hive opened for business on June 1, 2017.

Ken and his wife Karen, who is a Bangor School Teacher, live in Orrington, Maine. For fun they enjoy spending time on the river and in the garden. Of course, a trip to Indian Shores and the Jersey Shore are always in the cards.

Ken is active in the Brewer community. He coached many sports teams and served on the Brewer High School Boosters as treasurer for over 10 years. He also volunteers for Junior Achievement and the EZ Fix program with the Eastern Area Agency on Aging.

Ken is passionate about customer service and helping people get through the mortgage process and also helping with suggestions regarding finance, credit, and ways of achieving the dream of home ownership.
