My interest in the Housing Market started after one of my favorite teachers growing up told me “Gehrig…always invest in Real Estate!” This was followed by a list of all of his properties in different states, countries, and how he was able to afford all of this through smart investments in real estate. I went to the University of Southern Maine and received a Bachelor’s degree in Small Business Management and Marketing.  Once I graduated, my first job was in sales.  I learned a lot and always felt I wanted to do what was best for the customer.  It was a good segway into the real estate industry.  In August 2020, I passed my NMLS Exam and became a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (NMLS: 1854981). After working for multiple big corporations, I’m very thankful to be working for a small business at The Hive Mortgage Solutions! I enjoy being able to simplify the home buying process for customers by working directly with our several fantastic lenders to find our customers great mortgage rates to fit their unique financial needs!
